What You Get?

What you will get - Things you should know

Average 175+ hours of working per month per person.
A minimum contract period of three months will be required.
You will get one project manager at no additional cost. This means that all communication will be done by project manager and the dedicated worker will be able to work fully for average 175+ hours without any loss of communication time. Project manager will also do the QC job.
Job execution report by the dedicated worker will be submitted on daily basis. A sample report can be downloaded here.
On request, minute by minute auto generated reports along with periodic screenshot of the dedicated worker's monitor can be submitted on daily basis.
The entire schedule to be controlled from your end. During the development time you can stop any job and give priority job. The dedicated workers are to undertake job sequence as per your requirements.
For those looking for greater involvement, the model is flexible enough. We do not have any restriction and you will have full direct access to all levels of technical staff hired by you.
Webgrity has full day off on all Saturdays and Sundays.
The dedicated worker along with Project Manager will be available from 9:45 AM to 7:15 PM Indian Standard Time.
All dedicated workers are allowed 12 days of Casual / Sick / any other type of leave per year without any deduction. This arrangement will also be applicable between you and Webgrity.
In addition to the above point, kindly refer to the holiday list of Webgrity for this year when there will be no work.
Any extra leaves (in addition to above point) are deductible from your side and vice-versa.
In case of any Holiday or leave by the dedicated worker you will be intimated at least 2 days in advance.
Any work done by these dedicated workers will be your property and Webgrity will not use it in any way.

What you will NOT get

The PHP Programmer will be an experienced Open Source Programmer. He will only work in PHP and MySql. The programmer will take training of your products or in-house applications in Open Source. However, the programmer will NOT take any such training or perform task which are NOT Open Source such as Node, Java, etc. For others requirements you will have to hire our other developers
In case no work is allotted to the dedicated workers, they will be sitting idle. The dedicated worker cannot be exchanged with any alternative resource. For example, a programmer with no job for one week cannot be exchanged for a designer, and so on.
Project managers will be available for project execution, client co-ordination and QC. Project Managers will NOT prepare marketing proposals and project articles for you.
